A leader is a person who knows the road, can keep ahead and inspires others. This happens in our homes, in the workplace, in our communities and in our spiritual ministries.

 The Journey Leadership Institute is the three year education and training program (7 weeks each summer) for those looking to take the next step in their adult learning. With information, reading and discussion in the areas of Christian Theology, Leadership Skills and Personal Development, the Leadership Institute offers people the opportunity to discover and grow in the leadership to which God has called them.
