Through our Student Ministries programs, we seek to engage students on their journeys from middle school through high school. We desire that each student become a Disciple of Christ, mature in their path with Him and others, and be mobilized in their schools and their world.

There are many opportunities to plug in with God and others through Bible study and fellowship during the year. And, Ignite and Amplified offer students a chance to serve God and others through community service projects. Pastor Michelle heads up our Middle School groups and Pastor Matt oversees our High School ministry students.

Middle School - Ignite

Journey's Middle School group is called Ignite and meets regularly during the school year on Tuesday nights from 6-7:30pm in the D Building. In the summer they meet for fellowship and worship at 22nd Street in Hermosa Beach on Thursday nights from 6-7:30pm. There are also small groups called igroups that form throughout the South Bay either at the homes of students or on campus.

High School - AMPLIFIED

Our High School group is Amplified and meets during the school year on Thursday nights from 6-7:30pm in the D Building. During the summer months this group meets for fellowship and worship at 22nd Street in Hermosa Beach on Tuesday nights from 6-7:30pm. Amplified has igroups for students to join in our community and are held at students homes or on campus.
